Use services within your account limits and the estimate you confirm. Some tools remain marked as previews and may be unavailable. Paid subscriptions renew at the interval and amount shown at checkout until cancelled. Annual plans issue credits monthly; unused monthly credits do not roll over. One-time credit packs expire as shown before purchase.
Content and source rights
Use sources and files you are authorized to access and process, and comply with platform rules and copyright. A transcript or export does not transfer copyright or authorize republication. Do not bypass access restrictions or submit unlawful content. You remain responsible for the rights in the material you provide and how you use the output.
Review generated output
Speech recognition and AI output may contain omissions or errors. Verify names, numbers, quotations and important statements against your source before relying on or publishing them. Results are not professional medical, legal or financial advice; no accuracy percentage or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
Accounts, safety and limits
Protect your account and do not share credentials, impersonate others, abuse the service, automate requests to evade limits or interfere with other users. We may restrict harmful or unlawful use and investigate security problems. Review the estimate before confirming a metered task. Failures and cancellations follow the task’s actual credit settlement rules; a network retry should recover the same confirmed submission.

For problems or disputes, contact us through /en/contact with the task or order ID and relevant details, without secrets. We review requests without promising a fixed response time or dispute venue.
