While a task runs
Queued means the task is waiting for processing. Processing means a worker has claimed it. Cancel from your workspace if you no longer need the result; check the resulting state before submitting again.
If a task fails
Open the source link first. Check access restrictions and whether speech is present. Service configuration and insufficient credits are different problems from an unavailable video.
After completion
Read the transcript, compare critical lines with playback, then copy or export. If using SRT, preview the cues in your editor before publication.
